We are looking for a Quantum Design Engineer who will join our team of physicists to realize the ParityQC Architecture using superconducting qubits, in collaboration with our hardware partners.

Your Tasks

This position is focused on the theoretical study of superconducting circuits in order to develop novel quantum processor architectures. You will be analyzing the performance of quantum algorithms on superconducting circuit hardware. In addition, you have the opportunity to be involved in the development of tools for the design and optimization of superconducting circuits. This position comes with a unique blend of research-heavy investigations and application-driven simulations.

Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • PhD or Master degree in physics or related subject
  • Understanding of quantum computation and quantum information
  • Programming skills, in particular Python
  • High degree of creativity and proactiveness
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Experience

  • Understanding of the fundamental concepts of superconducting qubits
