The AQuTech Group, led by Prof. Lucivero at the Department of Physics of the University of Bari (Italy), is seeking well-qualified and highly motivated PhD students who wish to improve their experimental skills and to enhance their academic careers by developing miniaturized atomic quantum sensors.
The objective is to study novel schemes of quantum measurements combined with experimental research based on the latest advances in vapor cells integration into complete systems. The fellowship is co-founded by the innovative startup QSENSATO.
The research will be carried out at the Physics Department of the University of Bari within the framework of the NQSTI- National Quantum Science and Technology Institute, the Italian Hub on Quantum Technologies. The AQuTech group is also an academic partner of INMAQS – International Network for micro-fabricated atomic quantum sensors.
The fellowship might include a 6-month to 1-year research stay at internationally renowned research centers among our collaborators.
