The Assistant professor (3 year contract, 50 k€/year, renewable) will conduct experimental research activity toward the design and developments of novel quantum imaging devices. A strong ambition towards excellence in science and technology at the highest international level is expected. Several positions are available, funded within different projects, both national (National Institute of Quantum Science & Technology) and European (QuantERA 2019, EDF Adequade), in collaboration with prestigious Universities, research Centers and companies. Beside joining an active, rapidly growing and ambitious research group, you will have a chance to live in the beautiful (and still quite cheap) capital of Puglia, on the eastern cost of South Italy, where life both within and outside work is just great.
