Apply for this job

The researcher will work on mathematical modeling and security analysis of CV-QKD protocols. They will develop new protocols and improve current security proofs, aiming at better system performance and suitable computational requirement, summarizing the protocol and security proof in a comprehensive way in view of standardization and certification. They will closely work with experimental partners providing theoretical support to the experimental activity.

The research work will be done within the partnership “AccessQKD”, led by Denmark Technical University (DTU) Fysik. Theoretical and mathematical tools from quantum information theory will be applied to analyze the security of quantum key distribution protocols with continuous variables.
