PhD & postdoc positions in Quantum Optics at CNR-INO Florence

We have open positions for 1-2 PhD students and 1 (1-year extendable) postdoctoral fellow in Experimental Quantum Optics for qualified, motivated, and dynamic young scientists, starting in Autumn 2022. The activity of successful candidates will be carried out in the group of Quantum Light State Engineering (https://quantumlight.ino.cnr.it/) led by Marco Bellini and Alessandro Zavatta at the Istituto Nazionale di Ottica - CNR, Florence, Italy. Here they will join ongoing experimental research in Quantum Optics, focused on single-photon-level manipulation and characterization of non-classical light states for fundamental physics and quantum technologies.
