The European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC) is thrilled to invite you to register for its Export Control Event. During this session, Sabine van Gastel (TNO, Netherlands) and Johan Evers (imec, Belgium) will explain the international framework of dual-use export control and the EU dual-use export control system. They will provide examples of controlled hardware, software and technology and red flags of end-users or end-uses of concern. Verena Manger-Lemke (Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, Germany) and Paul Gerharz (Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, Germany) will continue with an overview of controlled activities (physical export, transmission, technical assistance, hiring of foreign staff) and highlight some published materials that can provide guidance on setting up an ICP and on general export control matters.
