QoolNet - UPM

"A unique solution to deploy and manage quantum-safe technologies within existing  network infrastructure in a transparent way for the final users."

QoolNet emerged as the winning idea of a spin-off during the final phase of the ACTUAUPM program for entrepreneurship. The company's innovative concept centers around providing a solution for the construction and operation of production-ready quantum-safe networks.

QoolNet specialises in evolving already deployed networks to become quantum-safe, showcasing its capabilities through participation in various research projects. The platform developed by QoolNet for managing quantum-safe networks exhibits compatibility with every Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) system and encryptor. It is designed to operate seamlessly over heterogeneous networks, offering full suitability for cryptographic and network services. The platform is grounded in industry standards, with some standards developed by QoolNet itself within the paradigm of Software Defined Network.

QoolNet has successfully conducted proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the compatibility of its solution with both quantum and classical systems.
