The joint inauguration of the Ruby and Jade quantum computers will take place on November 13, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 (CET) via live streaming, in TGCC, Bruyères-le-Châtel (France),in Brussels (Belgium) and in Jülich Supercomputing Centre (Germany).

The two quantum computers, installed respectively at the the Très Grand Centre de Calcul du CEA (TGCC) in France and at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC) in Germany, will be presented together. Their integration forms the core of the high-performance computer–quantum simulator hybrid infrastructure developed within the HPCQS project.

This project aims at offering access to quantum computers to scientific and industrialresearchers. This will foster the adoption of this new paradigm, and maintain Europeanplayers in the international competition of this second quantum revolution.

This triplex event will connect JSC (DE), TGCC (FR), and Brussels (BE), celebrating a significant European milestone in quantum–HPC integration.

The inauguration will be followed by national events at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre and the Très Grand Centre de Calcul du CEA, offering further insights into the systems and their applications.
