'Building for One Europe' QIA Internship Programme 2024 now open for applications
Explore the nine internship opportunities at QIA sites in six countries across Europe, and seize the chance to become part of the mission to build the world’s first quantum internet!
From advanced quantum labs at universities and institutes in Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, and Austria to the innovative quantum facilities of start-ups in the Netherlands and France, each internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into the frontier of quantum computing, communication, and materials science.
Prospective applicants, including master's students, PhD candidates, postdocs, and young professionals studying or working at universities, research institutions, or companies in eligible countries*, may be qualified to apply for any of the opportunities listed below. QIA pledges support for internships with a maximum of 5,000 EUR to cover travel, accommodation, and other expenses.

- Internship at ICFO's Quantum Photonics with Solids and Atoms Group (Barcelona, Spain)
- Internship at University of Innsbruck's Quantum Interfaces Group (Innsbruck, Austria )
