PRISM, the Maltese National QCI project as part of the EuroQCI initative is announcing the PRISM Quantum Week, which will take place in Malta between 2nd and 5th December. This event will gather industry leaders, international delegates, and professionals in the field of quantum communication to explore advancements and future opportunities in this groundbreaking sector.
Hosted by PRISM, this event marks an important milestone in the commitment to build a Europe-wide quantum-secured network as part of the EuroQCI initiative. The highlight of the week will be the Open Forum on Thursday, 5th December, where all professionals, ETSI delegates, people from DEP projects as part of EuroQCI including Petrus and all National QCI projects, students, and quantum enthusiasts are invited to participate in a full day of engaging talks, panels, poster sessions, and networking opportunities focused on the future of quantum-secured communications. The poster session on the 5th December gives an opportunity for interested professionals to present their projects, fostering knowledge exchange and networking within the quantum communication community.
Over the first three days of the PRISM Quantum Week (2nd to 4th) we will host people from all over the world for the closed-doors ETSI meeting. On Tuesday 3rd December in the afternoon, we will be organising a demonstration session in one of the data centres of a PRISM partner in which we will be showcasing cutting-edge QKD technologies in a real-world environment. This demonstration is open to ETSI members and any interested representatives from EuroQCI projects.
Those interested in joining us for the Open Forum on the 5th of December are kindly asked to sign up through the following link: https://prism-euroqci.eu/prism-quantum-week/.
Registered representatives from EuroQCI projects will be contacted in due course following their sign up for the potential showcasing of their projects.
