A year has passed and it's time again for an update of the European Competence Framework for Quantum Technologies!
This year we are focusing on the proficiency levels and adding new qualification profiles:
- Proficiency level descriptions in three specifications, for the quantum concepts/physics, for everything around QT engineering and for application and strategy related stuff like use case identification or market analysis.
- Nine profiles from the QT aware person to the QT core innovator and the relationship between the profiles, i.e. possible personal development through the profiles.
- Example personas for each profile, i.e. exemplary jobs or functions in industry.
- Needs and suggestions for each profile, e.g. suggested training modules and formats.
The current draft is based on the analysis of 34 interviews with industry representatives and needs some refinement to ensure it is understandable and usable by the community. We therefore invite you to a community discussion on

The meeting will start with a short introduction of the new version and main changes of the framework, then we will collect and discuss your comments.
