Choose Quantum Europe: How to attract and retain young talent?

We are pleased to invite you to the online workshop “Choose Quantum Europe: How to Attract and Retain Talent in the EU?”, which will take place on 30 October 2025, from 09:30 to 11:00 CET via Zoom.

 As part of the Quantum Europe Strategy, launched on 2 July 2025, the European Commission is seeking your input to help design concrete actions aimed at attracting and retaining young talent in the EU’s quantum technologies sector. This workshop will gather ideas and feedback from the European research community—particularly PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers.

Your participation will be highly valuable in shaping the discussion and identifying actionable measures to improve the conditions and opportunities for young researchers across Europe.
