The Center for Hybrid Intelligence at the Management Department, Aarhus University, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role project manager and center coordinator. The Center consists of an interdisciplinary team of researchers within quantum technology , AI, and human behavior studies. The position is multifaceted and involves project and human resource management and strategy support. The sucessful candidate will be involved in project management tasks both for the Center for Hybrid Intelligence and for several highly impactful EU projects (https://digiq.eu, https://qt.eu).
Responsibilities:
General Project Management tasks:
-Oversee and manage the progress of research and education projects, Gantt chart updates, and personnel allocation.
-Develop and manage collaboration and data processing agreements with partners.
-Managing deliverables, partner financial audits, partner communication, resource preparation, and consortium agreement negotiation.
-Track employee time sheets.
-Grant reporting.
-Personal assistant tasks for center director.
-Center management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communication, management, science).
At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a research setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Familiarity with data processing agreements and grant reporting.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience and/or interest in Quantum Technologies and education programs at the university level is of strong benefit for this position. .
