PhD positions in experimental quantum technologies

University of Nottingham

We offer several PhD projects at the University of Nottingham, with full funding available for EU citizens. The projects range from quantum magnetometry for medical and security applications to building an atom interferometer for rotation sensing. The projects are linked to the Quantum Technology Hub for Sensors and Metrology, as well as the US funded programme A-Phi on Atomic-Photonic Intregration (DARPA). The projects offer opportunities for industrial collaboration.
