Interactive Quantum Physics
We designed several interactive books in h5p for the use with the concept of flipped classroom. We used very motivating components as animations, quizzes and videos. Some of the interactive books give a basic introduction to selected quantum physics experiments as quantum cryptography, quantum random number generation, bomb tester and quantum eraser. The books start with a motivating part, then they introduce the basic concepts of quantum physics that are needed for the selected experiment and continue with the experiment itself. They finish with a research question that ideally has to be answered in the lab. We also offer silent videos, that are videos that explain the experiment – but the sound is removed. The task for the students is to add their own oral description to the experiment. This can be reviewed by their teacher.
