The final programme of the European Quantum Technologies Conference (EQTC19) has been released.
QuantERA Network has launched its 2nd call for proposals in the field of quantum technologies on 21st November 2018. Submitted proposals should explore collaborative advanced multidisciplinary science and/or cutting-edge engineering with the potential to initiate or foster new lines of quantum technologies and help Europe grasp leadership early on in promising future technology areas.
EQTC 2019 is the first international conference of the European Quantum Flagship. It will provide a full coverage of European and International most prominent and recent advances in quantum technologies.
Representatives from the three most ambitious research projects of the European Union FET Flagships – Graphene Flagship, Human Brain Project and Quantum Flagship – reunite at the ICT 2018 Conference (Vienna, 4-6 December).
• The Quantum Flagship, a 1b€ and 10yr initiative launches in Vienna, Austria on October 29th • The overall initiative will involve the quantum community at large, with over 5000 European researchers in academia and industry searching to place Europe at the forefront of Quantum innovation. • 20 projects have been selected out of 140 submitted proposals for the ramp-up phase of the initiative.
