The Terms of Reference of the Quantum Flagship are written down in two documents:
- the “Quantum Flagship Terms of Reference”, describing the role and responsibilities of the European Commission (EC), the Board of Funders (BoF), the Strategic Advisory Board (SAB), the Science and Engineering Board (SEB) and the Quantum Flagship Secretariat, which can be downloaded here; and
- the “Quantum Flagship Community Organisation Terms of Reference”, describing the role and responsibilities of the Quantum Community Network Board (QCN) and the Work Groups (WG), which can be downloaded here.
